any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to
them or to your use of TWIY Health’s services, will be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the United States and, to the extent applicable, the
laws of the state in which TWIY Health is primarily organized, without giving effect
to any conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms &
Conditions will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within
the United States jurisdiction where TWIY Health maintains its principal business
operations, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
